As a Business Analyst, you will help organizations strengthen project execution using Omega 365, an ISO-certified, cloud-native system. Your responsibilities span business process evaluation, implementation leadership, software expertise, and client education. You will prepare test cases, clarify processes, present findings, create training materials, and support events, webinars, workshops, and training sessions. The position also includes identifying product enhancements from client demand and keeping current with cloud software features, advantages, and applications.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate processes and identify improvement areas




Lead Omega 365 software implementations
Prepare and execute implementation test cases
Educate clients through workshops and webinars
Identify product enhancement opportunities from client demand
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Two to five years of relevant work experience
Excellent analytical and computer skills
Highly organized and self-driven work style
Canadian permanent work authorization without sponsorship
Bring process analysis, implementation leadership, and customer education skills to Omega 365 project technology engagements.
