Key Responsibilities: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers
Assess risks and develop tailored insurance solutions
Review renewals, market accounts, and negotiate terms
Prepare submissions, proposals, and insurance summaries
Pursue cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and new business
Requirements: Minimum one year of insurance industry experience
Current RIBO License in positive standing
Proven client maintenance and retention track record
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication and insurer negotiation abilities
