Key Responsibilities: Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells regularly
Maintain laundry rooms and amenity spaces
Maintain garbage and recycling rooms
Clean elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms
Clean vacant tenant units, including bathrooms and kitchens
Requirements: Availability for 40 hours per week
