The Aquatic Operations Coordinator helps maintain key systems, coordinate staff and events, and support smooth year-round operations. The position combines operations coordination, supervisory experience, public service, and safety standards. It also supports clean, safe aquatic facilities and high-quality service experiences for the public.
Key Responsibilities: Improve and maintain key aquatic operations systems
Coordinate staff and aquatic events throughout the year
Develop programs and processes improving operations
Support clean and safe aquatic facilities




Interact with various interest holders and the public
Requirements: Relevant degree and one year recreation program experience
Or unrelated degree and three years recreation experience
One year project management and operations improvement experience
Three months supervisory experience minimum
Intermediate Word, advanced Excel, typing, and Class 5 licence
