This Compliance Specialist serves as a resource for Bioanalytical Services, including mass spectrometry and ligand binding assay work. The position supports management as the department’s quality representative for procedures, documents, and initiatives. Work follows SOPs, GLPs, GCLPs, company guidelines, and policies.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Bioanalytical Services quality processes with management
Route concerns through the corporate Quality Management System
Revise templates according to SOPs and regulatory guidance
Contribute to deficiency letters and client audit responses




Monitor regulations, conferences, and industry association topics
Requirements: Science-related college degree or pertinent experience
CRO experience in LBA, ADA, or LCMS valued
Awareness of TPD, FDA, and EMA guidelines
Attentive, organized, and effective in interpersonal communication
Robust planning, time management, and Microsoft Office skills
Bring quality systems knowledge, regulatory awareness, and organized documentation practices to Altasciences’ Bioanalytical Services department.
