Guide the team in managing, prioritizing, and resolving billing exceptions based on business impact and operational urgency.
Apply SAP Billing functional and technical expertise to identify root causes, recommend improvements, reduce recurring exceptions, and ensure smooth execution of billing processes.
Collaborate with business and AMS teams to troubleshoot complex billing issues and drive timely resolution of defects and process gaps.
Develop and maintain operational knowledge, including exception-handling procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and knowledge transfer to strengthen the team's ability to independently manage recurring billing issues.
