The Registrations team needs a detail-oriented professional to administer licensing activities for registered individuals and the firm. Use the National Registration Database, review disclosures, communicate with regulators, and answer advisor inquiries. This work supports compliant registration processes across jurisdictions and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Administer registration and licensing requests through NRD
Track registration requirements and renewal deadlines
Support advisor onboarding and respond to inquiries
Liaise with CIRO, provincial regulators,



and internal stakeholders
Assist with policy changes and process improvements
Requirements: Two to three years’ experience in registration, licensing, or compliance
Knowledge of CIRO rules and securities legislation
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualified communication and sound judgment
Use NRD expertise, licensing coordination, and regulatory communication to support accurate registration administration within CI Financial.
