At TD Canada Trust, this frontline role supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers through service transactions, information, and advice. You will understand customer needs, resolve concerns, promote banking solutions, and refer customers to appropriate partners. Accuracy, discretion, and explicit communication guide each interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions while completing business processes promptly




Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communicator with customer experience skills
