This Winter 2027 co-op supports Lindt Canada’s Accounts Payable team from January through April. You will process invoices, manage indirect expenses, and address vendor inquiries. The work involves SAP, Basware, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration with finance partners.
Key Responsibilities: Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
Match third-party co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices
Process indirect expenses using Basware
Reconcile statements and handle accounts payable inquiries
Collaborate with finance and supply planning teams
Requirements: Current finance or accounting co-op student
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
Intermediate Excel, including VLookup and Pivot Tables
Robust organization, detail, and analytical skills
