WellCare Insurance Oakville North is growing, and we are looking for motivated Insurance Producers, RIBO-licensed Brokers, and sales professionals who want to build a successful long-term career and book of business.

Whether you are an experienced insurance broker, newly RIBO licensed, currently completing your RIBO licence, or an accomplished salesperson looking to enter the insurance industry, we would be interested in speaking with you.

This is a full-time, entrepreneurial insurance sales opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, developing referral relationships, helping clients, and building a business of their own.

Experienced Insurance Brokers
We are particularly interested in connecting with experienced brokers and Producers who have:

A proven history of generating new business

An established professional or referral network

Personal Lines or Commercial Lines experience

Commercial insurance expertise or a particular industry niche

Experience developing Centres of Influence

An existing book of business or strong relationships within their community
