Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) invites applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Home Care Nursing Services St Vital team in Winnipeg. This 0.50 FTE, in-person position supports community clients with diverse health needs and requires active LPN registration.
The successful candidate will hold CLPNM registration, CPR training, and a Manitoba Class 5 license, plus strong communication and delegation skills to ensure secure, person-centered care within our community settings.
