Lead fleet coordination and equipment scheduling at Herc Rentals’ Fort Saskatchewan branch, supporting logistics, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
As Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will help keep rental operations moving through accurate information, organized logistics, and cross-functional communication. The full time position works Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an on-call rotation. You will collaborate with Herc Rentals locations, transportation providers, drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams. RentalMan and other business systems support equipment availability, customer information, contracts, quotes, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities: Source, transfer, and exchange equipment between Herc Rentals locations
Collaborate with drivers to coordinate equipment transportation




Update equipment availability and operational information accurately
Use RentalMan to manage customer and fleet activities
Support efficiency, minimize downtime, and answer customer inquiries
Requirements: Previous fleet coordination, dispatching, or equipment scheduling experience
Equipment rental, construction, industrial, or transportation industry experience
Ability to learn new systems quickly and use computers effectively
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and extended periods physically
Use fleet scheduling, operational planning, and accurate systems work to support equipment rentals throughout Fort Saskatchewan.
