As Store Manager, you will shape an engaged, high-performing team within a culture of excellence. Your responsibilities include analyzing key metrics, improving product displays, managing schedules, and integrating omnichannel solutions.

Requirements: Three or more years managing teams
Fashion industry knowledge and sense of style
Flexibility to adapt and maintain performance under pressure
Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
Variable schedule and physical requirements must be accommodated
Use team mobilization, fashion knowledge, and retail analysis to advance PENN. Penningtons customer and store performance.
