Design electrical controls for CenterLine’s welding and metalworking equipment, using AutoCAD Electrical and coordinating with Controls Designers. Support custom project delivery.
This Senior Controls Designer position develops controls designs for CenterLine (Windsor), Limited’s custom machinery, turnkey, applied, and configured products. You will design electrical solutions, communication networks, robot interfaces, fixture tooling, and enclosures. The role reports to the Controls Design Supervisor and requires coordination around project timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Design communication networks and robot interfaces
Develop fixture tooling, fluid, and enclosure solutions
Create schematics, cell layouts, and interconnection diagrams




Research components and interpret manufacturer datasheets
Attend customer meetings supporting project milestones
Requirements: Controls design experience or equivalent, eight-plus years
Post-secondary Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical education
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical
Working knowledge of Office 365 and Inventor
Familiarity with applicable electrical and safety standards
Bring senior controls design experience, electrical documentation skills, and machinery knowledge to CenterLine’s engineering team.
