The Supervisor, Auto Insurance I motivates, coaches, and develops frontline retail staff while overseeing branch workflow. This role processes auto and personal lines policies, supports client risk management, and ensures established procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards are followed. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, schedule, and monitor branch staff activities
Coach recent staff and identify development needs
Process auto and personal lines insurance policies
Recommend coverage,
collect payments, and assist claims
Ensure MPI KAP, audit, and compliance requirements
Requirements: Work toward Level 3 Brokers Insurance License
Complete MPI and Special Risk Extension training
Understand MPI commercial vehicle coverages
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
