This Refrigeration Journeyperson position supports CIMCO’s industrial, process cooling, and recreational refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include customer maintenance, identifying upgrades, communicating required work, and participating in on-call coverage. The role requires industrial or commercial refrigeration experience, robust communication, and safety participation.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance within CIMCO’s customer base
Identify potential upgrades and required customer maintenance
Communicate recommendations to customers and account managers
Work independently or within a team from mobile locations
Participate in the year-round on-call rotation
Requirements: Hold a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License
Or maintain third or fourth year apprenticeship registration
Bring industrial or commercial refrigeration experience
Maintain a driver’s license in good standing
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use refrigeration maintenance, customer communication, and safety skills to support CIMCO’s thermal building solutions across customer locations.
