As Production Team Leader, you supervise multiple workers on assigned jobs and coordinate steel structure manufacturing. You distribute tasks efficiently while following priorities established with the Site Manager and Project Manager. The position requires previous personnel management experience in production leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily management of workers on assigned jobs
Coordinate steel structure manufacturing with supervised team members
Distribute and coordinate tasks efficiently among team members




Assist with hand and power tool tasks safely
Promote health, safety, cohesion, and departmental collaboration
Requirements: Prior personnel management experience as Production Team Leader
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Valid Construction Safety Awareness certification or equivalent
Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
