Executrade seeks a recruitment and sales professional to support existing clients while developing a personal portfolio. You will manage complete recruitment lifecycles across specialized markets, connecting organizations with professionals. The work combines business development, candidate assessment, market intelligence, and career guidance. Recruitment technology supports the process, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, AI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and secure new client relationships through outreach and networking
Manage assignments from intake through offer acceptance and follow-up
Source, interview, assess, and present qualified professionals




Build candidate networks and long-term talent pipelines
Maintain accurate CRM and applicant tracking system records
Requirements: Post-secondary education and specialized business segment knowledge
Agency recruitment, executive search, staffing, business development, or consultative sales experience preferred
Proven business development and client relationship management record
Robust communication, interviewing, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, AI tools, and Microsoft Office
