The Manitoba government seeks a Regional Financial Analyst for its Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will advise Regional Directors and Managers within the Workforce Development and Training Division. The work includes financial management, reporting, policy interpretation, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial and administrative advice to Regional Directors and Managers
Support budget planning, controls, and expenditure monitoring
Prepare and monitor cash flows and budget development
Review project approval requests and contribution agreements




Maintain accurate reporting processes and internal controls
Requirements: Accounting designation enrollment or relevant education and experience
Experience with accounting transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports
Experience managing expenditures, budgets, cash flows, and analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and complex financial systems
