project engineers ,and project coordinators as assignedWork closely with in0house design disciplines, project development, and property managementDevelop a higher performance team through supervision, training ,coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution; ensure regular feedbackis shared with staff, including timely completion of employee performance appraisalsUnderstand and administer contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase ordersFoster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor, internal stakeholder, and vendor relationsEstablish, update, and communicate master project schedule and manage implementationPerform estimating or work with preconstruction team in development of project scope and budgetEstablish and manage budget and financial reporting, project controls and documentation, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget and scheduleManage the quality assurance/control programManage and oversee field operations and engineering processes and proceduresDrive competencies to team on requirements for insurance, labour relations, and employee relationsDrive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff and contracted partiesInteract with the accounting department to initiate pat application process and follow up to ensure
