Residential Appliance Repair Technician – Ottawa, ON Stein Appliance Service | $22–$28/hour | Full-Time Stein Appliance Service is seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Appliance Repair Technician to join our Ottawa service team. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential household appliances.
- Complete assigned service calls throughout the Ottawa service area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.
- Use available technical support when necessary to ensure accurate repairs.
- Maintain company service vehicle and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous residential appliance repair experience strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
- Valid Ontario Full G driver's licence required.
- Satisfactory driver's abstract required.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls.
- Reliable, organized, and professional.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must provide own tools.

- Full time employment, Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
