Overview Timbertrain Coffee Roasters is hiring We’re a specialty coffee roaster and café dedicated to providing an outstanding coffee experience. We’re looking for skilled, passionate baristas to join our team at our downtown locations. If you love coffee, have great customer service skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this could be a excellent fit for you. The position is Part-time. Compensation is $20-23/hr as this will be a no-tip cafe We're on the search for an individual that understands the power of how a barista can shape someone's day. Shifts will be from 7:30AM -14:30PM Thursday,Friday. We’re currently looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday from November 11 to December 4. After that period, the position will transition to a part-time role with two shifts per week. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who would also be willing to pick up shifts at other locations, whenever coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Coffee Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages Knowledge of Products: Stay informed about Timbertrain's coffee line up, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and assist customers. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines, including food safety and hygiene protocols, to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
