Job Summary Admiral Glass Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our organization. This role involves working on diverse projects that require precision, technical expertise, and a strong work ethic. Duties
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs railings, mouldings and hardware
- Estimate costs and materials
- Repair and install glazing applications in residences and commercial structures
- Facilitate and engage in team-based on-the-job learning activities Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics Transportation/travel information
- Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking




- Handling heavy loads
