- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massages.
- Assess client needs through consultation to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns or goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, comfort levels, and post-session care instructions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance service quality.
- Promote wellness services and products that support clients’ ongoing health goals. Requirements
- Proven knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology,



and common health conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere for clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment options and listen attentively to client feedback.
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations; ongoing education is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
