Reporting to the Manager, Individual Philanthropy, you will manage major donors and prospects independently. Your work will support pediatric healthcare, research, community initiatives, and a significant capital campaign.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and cultivate major gift prospects
Manage donor relationships through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
Develop fundraising strategies and prepare donor proposals

Requirements: Major gift fundraising experience securing $50,000 to $1M+ donations
Portfolio management and donor stewardship experience
Relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and writing skills

Robust English; French bilingualism highly preferred
