Work from Fort McKay as a Class 1 Truck Driver, operating specialized units while completing inspections, documentation, and safety requirements.
Birch Mountain Enterprises operates water, waste, fuel, and flat bed hauling services throughout the Fort McMurray region. This position involves safely operating water, sewer, vacuum, Hydro-Vac, roll off, steam truck, flat bed, tanker, and B-Train units. Previous industrial-sector experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Operate multiple Class 1 or 3 units efficiently
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Complete customer work orders and field-level risk assessments
Follow TDG, WHMIS, and site safety procedures
Provide customer-focused service during all activities
Requirements: Valid Class 1 driver’s license and clean abstract
Three years’ experience with Class 1 or 3 equipment
Water, Vacuum, Hydro, or ComboVac experience preferred
Transparent verbal and written communication skills
Alberta Hours of Service knowledge considered an asset
Use specialized truck operation, inspection, and customer service skills to support Birch Mountain Enterprises’ Fort McKay operations.
