Lead Income and Funding operations across Western Canada through policy oversight, team leadership, and compliance-focused decision-making. Full time permanent work supports operational consistency.
As Manager, Income and Funding, you will manage direct reports while collaborating with Originations managers on company objectives. The position covers regulatory requirements, productivity SLAs, quality standards, KPIs, audits, and out-of-policy application decisions. You will also support Sales, Credit, and Dealer partners.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Income and Funding policies and processes
Train teams on policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
Monitor productivity SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs




Perform audits and oversee compliance remediation activities
Review operational trends and recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements: Secondary School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
Minimum five years of loan processing experience
Experience with LOS software systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
