The Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager to connect with individuals who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development.
This is a remote and flexible opportunity suited to a confident communicator who is relationship-focused, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
You will manage your own schedule and activities, giving you greater flexibility over when and where you work. The role is performance-based, with rewards linked directly to your individual results.

What You’ll Be Doing Connect with individuals who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development
Conduct introductory conversations by remotely
Build and maintain genuine professional relationships
Understand each person’s goals, needs and areas of interest
Introduce suitable leadership and development programs
Guide prospective clients through the information and decision-making process
Support suitable clients through onboarding




Manage enquiries and follow-up activities professionally
Work toward agreed performance objectives
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Manage your activities independently within a flexible remote environment
