This Leadhand role oversees troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for Caterpillar equipment in field operations. You will collaborate with branch stakeholders, guide teams on Finning policies, and support customer loyalty. The position suits a certified Heavy Equipment Technician with at least five years of CAT general line troubleshooting experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise across shop floor and field operations
Collaborate with branch and field stakeholders on operations
Schedule repairs and coordinate related work orders
Review warranty statements and administer appropriate claims




Provide team feedback to the Supervisor on identified issues
Requirements: Previous Caterpillar equipment or engine experience is an asset
Engine or component rebuilding experience is an asset
Finning S-Levels or Failure Analysis training is an asset
Ability to wear a respirator after required fit testing
Class 5 licence with a successful driver’s abstract
Bring field repair, Caterpillar equipment, warranty, and technical coordination experience to Finning Canada’s Saskatoon Leadhand team.
