This Heavy Duty Technician position serves customers through routine maintenance, wheel alignments, and minor suspension repairs. You will collaborate with a skilled team on various vehicles while identifying potential mechanical service opportunities with Sales. The role also supports apprentice development through coaching and shared expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Perform medium truck alignments and minor suspension repairs
Complete routine maintenance and wheel alignments
Mentor and coach apprentices during skill development
Collaborate with the team on various vehicles
Identify mechanical service opportunities with Sales
Requirements: Fully licensed Heavy Duty Technician, Journeyperson or Red Seal
Valid driver’s license
Minimum two years’ medium truck alignment experience
Minimum two years’ minor suspension repair experience
Excellent attention to detail and methodical problem-solving
Bring heavy-duty mechanical expertise, alignment experience, and apprentice mentoring skills to Kal Tire’s expanding Sudbury service offerings.
