You will independently manage recruitment assignments while advising hiring managers throughout each process. Your work will attract, assess, and select talent supporting company growth. The temporary maternity leave replacement spans sourcing, candidate experience, selection, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers throughout recruitment assignments
Assess staffing needs before beginning recruitment activities
Implement sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
Support consistent candidate assessment and selection processes
Coordinate onboarding for newly selected employees
Requirements: Human Resources Management degree or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of talent acquisition experience
Microsoft Office proficiency and applicant tracking system comfort
Dayforce experience considered an asset
Capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Use strategic partnership, sourcing, and selection expertise to guide hiring managers across this multi-province recruitment mandate.
