The Store Manager leads every aspect of the store’s business while reporting to the District Manager. This leadership position focuses on operations, financial results, visual merchandising, and community outreach. You will create growth strategies, develop talent, and ensure Team Members deliver knowledgeable product recommendations and excellent experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Generate revenue, comp growth, traffic, and conversion results
Set goals and provide regular feedback to direct reports
Establish team meetings and business communication rhythms




Assess merchandising opportunities and uphold presentation standards
Optimize Greenbook initiatives through test and learn
Requirements: Expertise delivering retail experiences to community members
Proven sales floor leadership and people management
