This Senior Property Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and supports full-cycle accounting for a commercial property portfolio. The work includes lease administration, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Property accounting, commercial real estate experience, and Yardi Voyager knowledge are relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complete accounting cycles for assigned commercial properties
Prepare month-end working papers and account reconciliations
Analyze financial results and investigate budget variances




Review lease agreements and approve accurate lease setups
Prepare quarterly reporting packages and property performance reports
Requirements: Four or more years in commercial property management preferred
Property accounting, real estate, or property management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Yardi Voyager experience considered an asset
Robust organization, detail orientation, and deadline management
Apply commercial property accounting, lease administration, Excel, and reporting expertise across a diverse portfolio of income-producing properties.
