Lead end-to-end Wealth Solutions proposals and presentations at Aon, working remotely with consultants, designers, and pursuit stakeholders.
This Proposal Writer and Project Manager role combines hands-on content creation with strategic project ownership. You will shape messages, differentiators, and client-ready materials supporting Aon’s growth across Canada. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders, account teams, subject matter experts, and designers, alongside independent planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize proposal projects across multiple stakeholders
Participate in strategy meetings and refine response themes
Create oral presentation materials and client-ready slide decks
Coordinate workshops, brainstorming,



and content development
Improve proposal tools, standard text, and content libraries
Requirements: Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience
Skilled bid management or proposal writing experience
Experience creating strategic, customized client content
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar
Use proposal strategy, presentation development, and project coordination skills to strengthen Aon Wealth pursuits and client communications.
