As a full time, permanent Senior Business Analyst, you will connect operational teams with technical delivery teams. You will document, validate, and manage requirements while supporting business cases, project scoping, prioritization, and planning. Your analysis will help define practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Document, validate, and manage business and solution requirements
Build consensus among operational and technical stakeholders
Analyze process and technology challenges for practical solutions
Develop and maintain business analysis standards and documentation




Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend stakeholder-informed improvements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related discipline
At least four years supporting process improvement initiatives
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
Experience with process mapping and requirements management
Familiarity with Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Teams
