As a Solutions Manager at JINGDONG Logistics, you will analyze customer requirements and design scalable logistics models. Your work covers warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, transportation, and value-added services. You will also support system integration involving WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, API, and EDI.
Key Responsibilities: Lead detailed customer business analysis and solution workshops
Develop proposals, process flows, SOPs, costs, and implementation plans
Optimize inbound, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes




Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams through operational launch
Analyze KPIs for process, cost, and fulfillment improvements
Requirements: Experience designing supply chain and logistics solutions
Knowledge of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and transportation operations
Understanding of WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, API, and EDI integrations
Ability to manage milestones, risks, issues, and project scope
Capability to build trusted strategic customer relationships
