ServiceNow CSM / OMT Architect Fully Remote | Canada | 12-Month Contract | Immediate Start We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM / OMT Architect to join a major client engagement on an initial 12-month contract. This is a fully remote opportunity for a specialist with strong ServiceNow architecture experience and a proven track record of delivering Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) implementations. The Role As the ServiceNow CSM / OMT Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT). You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and technical design of ServiceNow CSM and OMT implementations.
- Design and deliver end-to-end order management, orchestration, and fulfilment workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external OSS/BSS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.




- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support technical design decisions, implementation activities, testing, and deployment. Required Experience
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent.
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) .
- Experience delivering specific OMT implementations and complex order management projects.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with order orchestration, order fulfilment, and enterprise system integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
