Job Description
Overview The Grill House + Bar is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused part-time Bartenders / Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. We are looking for team players who can provide a welcoming experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and provide friendly, professional service. Operate the POS system and handle cash and payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area. Recommend menu items, beverages, and specials to guests. Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices. Follow food safety, food handling, and health regulations. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.



Manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as required. Qualifications At least 1 year of bartending or serving experience preferred. Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices.
