We are expanding our luxury boutique experience in Downtown Oakville and looking for a customer-focused Florist Assistant to join our growing team Role: Florist Assistant (Customer Experience & Retail Focus)

Downtown Oakville, ON What we look for: A passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and a warm, enthusiastic approach to retail. (Visual Merchandising, Floral degree and / or experience would be an asset, but a willingness to learn is key) Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer product questions, and support retail sales in person and over the phone.
- Operate POS systems, process purchases, handle cash accurately, and maintain clear transaction records.
- Assist with merchandising,



product displays, and the care and organization of floral, and retail item.
- Help with maintenance and routine shop organization, coordinating with colleagues to keep the space welcoming and products ready to sell. Skills Required: Clear communication, customer service, organizational skills, accurate cash handling, and confidence using POS systems are essential for assisting customers and completing daily retail tasks. English proficiency supports clear service and teamwork. Preferred: Retail sales, visual merchandising and / or floral experience. Pay: $19.70-$22.00 per hour
