We are rapidly expanding our mental health division and looking for empathetic Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) to join our virtual team.Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated clinicians to provide high-quality virtual care to a diverse clientele across British Columbia. This position offers complete flexibility, allowing you to manage your own hours, availability, and caseload size from your home office.
As a generalist practitioner on our remote team, you will provide supportive, patient-centred care across private and insurance-funded cases, including:
- Rehabilitation Support: Assisting clients navigating accident recovery, trauma, driving anxiety, and chronic pain.
- General Mental Health: Providing evidence-based care for adults managing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and major life transitions.
- Relationships & Systems: Working with couples and families to improve communication and resolve conflict.
- Pediatric Care (Optional): Providing specialized, age-appropriate counselling suited to children and youth. What We Provide: We believe clinical practice should be seamless.

- Direct Client Referrals: We connect you directly with clients through our established multidisciplinary network.
- Full Administrative Support: Our dedicated team handles all scheduling software (Jane app), invoicing, billing, and direct insurance portal tracking.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical counselling suited to each person’s unique mental health and recovery goals.
- Maintain clear electronic medical records and accurate clinical documentation using standard medical terminology.
- Complete necessary assessment documentation in a timely manner to support ongoing client funding and care.
- Handle all personal health information with maximum care and strict adherence to privacy legislation.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) in positive standing.
- Reside and be legally authorized to practice within British Columbia.
- Experience or comfort utilizing virtual telehealth platforms (Jane app experience is an asset). Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per hour
