Overview The Retail Store Supervisor coordinates daily store operations, supports the team, and helps deliver a welcoming, well-organized shopping experience. This hands-on role connects customer service, sales, merchandising, and administrative tasks to keep store activities running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach team members, support recruiting and interviewing, and coordinate training and development.
- Oversee customer service, retail sales, cashiering, POS transactions, and accurate cash handling.
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and marketing activities while monitoring budgets and sales performance.
- Support payroll, bookkeeping, and store administration; use explicit communication and organization to coordinate priorities.

Qualifications Required: Practical communication, leadership, time management, organizational, and math skills to supervise daily work, support customers, and handle transactions and records accurately. Preferred: Supervising experience, retail sales or management experience, and strengths in team management, negotiation, bilingual or multilingual service, budgeting, recruiting, interviewing, payroll, purchasing, merchandising, pricing, marketing, POS, cashiering, cash handling, bookkeeping, phone etiquette, and administrative support. Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work
