Labels Made Easy is growing, and we're looking for a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented person to join our production team We're a Canadian manufacturer specializing in custom labels and stickers. Using modern digital printing and cutting technology, we help businesses of all sizes bring their products and brands to life. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, figuring out how things work, and learning new skills. You don't need printing experience. We're more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, natural mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing You'll be trained to operate three pieces of specialized digital cutting and finishing equipment that transform printed materials into finished labels and stickers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Digital Roll Label Cutting: Operate our machines to produce precision-cut labels on rolls, including laminating, die-cutting, matrix removal, slitting, and rewinding.
- Sticker Cutting: Operate our digital cutting machines to produce custom-shaped stickers.
- Machine Setup: Prepare equipment for production, load materials, adjust settings, and ensure accurate cutting.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure cutting accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve routine mechanical and production issues to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Rewinding & Finishing: Rewind finished labels into customer-ready rolls and prepare completed jobs for our packaging department.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
- Production Efficiency:



Work with the team to meet production schedules while minimizing material waste. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality finished products, while our packaging team handles the final packaging and shipping. Who We're Looking For We're hiring for attitude and aptitude, not necessarily experience. You might be a great fit if you:

- Are comfortable standing for extended periods and handling rolls of material. Experience Is an Asset, Not a Requirement Experience with any of the following would be helpful, but isn't necessary:
- Digital printing or print finishing equipment.
- CNC machines, vinyl cutters, or other automated machinery.
- Mechanical equipment operation or maintenance.
- Manufacturing or production environments.
- Basic graphic design or production software. No previous printing experience is required. Full training will be provided. Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding employees as they develop their skills and become more proficient. Starting Wage: $22.00/hour Fully Trained Wage:



$24.00/hour You'll start at $22 per hour while learning to operate our equipment. Once you've demonstrated proficiency operating all three machines independently, safely, and consistently, your wage will increase to $24 per hour. We anticipate that most employees will be able to achieve this level of proficiency within approximately three to six months, depending on their progress.
