Recruiter – Northwave Talent Northwave Talent is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. We specialize in recruiting professional musicians and entertainers for leading cruise lines worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively source and identify musicians and entertainers through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Make a high volume of daily calls to prospective candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for available positions.
- Consistently follow up with candidates through phone calls, emails, and messaging.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Keep candidate records organized and up to date.
- Work toward weekly and monthly recruitment and placement targets. Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable on the phone, making outbound calls and following up with candidates.
- Persistent, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to people they haven't spoken with before.




- Skilled at finding and engaging potential candidates on social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, cold calling, or lead generation is an asset.
- An interest in music and entertainment is a plus. This is a hands-on, high-activity recruitment position. We're looking for someone who enjoys making calls, connecting with people, and consistently following up to turn potential candidates into successful placements.
