Job Description: Role Deliverables The role will includepletion of control walkthroughs and design assessments, Assistance management with remediations, Control documentation Evidence review and control testing.
Education/Work Experience The ideal candidate will be a CPA and may also hold a CIA and/or CISA designation 5+ years working in Internal Controls, preferably within a US listed SOX organization or working with US SOX clients within a public accounting firm.
Technical Skills Technical SOX knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft/Google suits Experience with GRC tech (Workiva) AI tools including co-pilot an asset.
Other Skills Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to; provide hands-on support to management in documenting controls, conducting walkthroughs and providing coaching to management.
Ability to work in a team workplace with strong time management and organizational skills.
