Summary description As a Customer Service and Internal Sales Representative in Laval, you will be the first point of contact for our professional customers (contractors and roofers).

This role combines direct interaction at the counter, administrative order management, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities Your responsibilities Greet customers in the branch and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

Enter orders into the internal system and ensure they are followed up on rigorously.

Work closely with the dispatch department to coordinate deliveries.

Advise customers on technical products (comprehensive training provided).

Actively participate in the growth of customer accounts through the internal program.

Qualifications Required qualifications Significant experience in customer service (face-to-face interaction required).

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously (multitasking) at a fast pace.

Proficiency in Outlook and Word.

Excellent command of spoken and written French (English is a significant asset) - the parent company is located outside Quebec.
