This full-time, permanent Graphic Designer role supports Marshal Yard’s creative team across mediums and disciplines. You will develop concepts and campaigns with the Creative Director and Account Managers, following brand standards and qualified production practices. The work also contributes to brand positioning and creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Build brands through campaign-level thinking guided by business goals
Participate in strategy sessions and creative briefs
Create integrated campaigns and individual creative components
Collaborate with designers and account teams
Interpret briefs into intelligent design and media approaches
Requirements: Three to five years’ studio, agency, or freelance experience
Excellent design skills and clean-file production habits
Outstanding craft demonstrated through portfolio work
Intimate familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
