This Senior Project Manager supports the full life cycle of Web mandates under the Team Lead’s supervision. You manage sample-only, full service, IHUT, Bulletin Board, and related projects. The position calls for project management experience, operational market research knowledge, technical understanding, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and maintain positive relationships
Provide proactive advice and constructive project feedback
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards remain on track
Coordinate providers and internal teams during project execution
Check web questionnaires and resolve issues proactively
Requirements: Five or more years of project management experience
Two or more years in operational market research
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project elements
Ability to manage change requests affecting service quality
