What You’ll Need 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment in construction, mining, or earthworks
Proven experience on excavators, dozers, graders, or loaders
Ability to read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and layouts
Valid driver’s license and 3-year drivers abstract
CSTS-2020 Fundamentals ticket
Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
