As Associate Golf Course Superintendent, you will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and help manage daily maintenance operations. You will assist with planning, supervision, execution, and team development across golf course care. The work includes irrigation systems, automated controls, machinery training, and IPM-focused pesticide and fertilizer practices.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily golf course maintenance planning and supervision
Help lead and develop the turf care team
Enforce ClubLink maintenance and health and safety policies
Support machinery training,



including required safety procedures
Maintain course buildings, equipment, and property
Requirements: Passion for turfgrass management and hands-on course maintenance
Solid leadership skills and organized work approach
Minimum two years formal education or relevant turfmanagement credential
Valid Ontario Landscape Exterminators Licence
Availability every day at discretionary hours
Use leadership, turfgrass management, and operational knowledge to support ClubLink’s golf course standards and daily maintenance programs.
