The work is completed at the physical location, with responsibility for organizing operations, implementing staff policies, and controlling budgets. You will also manage marketing contracts, supervise employees, and address customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily hairstyling salon operations
Establish or implement staff policies and procedures
Plan and control budgets and inventory
Manage advertising or marketing strategy contracts
Hire, train, and supervise salon staff
Requirements: English language proficiency
College, CEGEP, or comparable non-university certificate
Program completion lasting three months to less than one year
Two to less than three years of experience
Availability for work at the physical location
